After iProspect’s acquisition, Fredrick joined the parent company, Isobar, as its Chief Global Search officer where he extended the iProspect brand into 30 international offices throughout Europe and Asia.
Recognized as a leading expert in the field of search marketing, he has authored three of the industry’s most respected books, including: “Search Engine Positioning” (WordWare Publishing) considered by most to be the industry bible.
Fredrick was named “Top 100 Marketers” by BtoB Magazine’s for three consecutive years, and “Who’s Who” in Search Marketing.
Fredrick authored by-line columns for publications including ClilckZ, Search Engine Watch, and CMO Magazine. He has been quoted or profiled in a variety of media outlets, including The Wall Street Journal, Business Week, The New York Times, The Washington Post, Financial Times of London, Investor’s Business Daily, Internet Retailer, and National Public Radio.
He served on the board of directors and advisory committee for several marketing based organizations, including the Ad Club of Boston and was a founding board member of the Search Engine Marketing Professional Organization (SEMPO).
Currently he is the managing director of a private equity firm that focuses on health and technology firms.
In his personal life, Fredrick proudly supports St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital and Shriners Hospital for Children. Is an avid musician and loving father to a 3-year old dog.
